What the base price covers: one location, one defined workflow, one supported connection, setup testing, and routine maintenance of that workflow. Final scope and support terms are agreed before work starts.

Quoted separately: Third-party software, message or call charges, taxes, extra channels, calendars, and custom connections cost extra. Starting prices depend on the agreed scope; no payment is due when you submit an inquiry.

05 / Common questions

Questions, answered.

We’ll explain what the workflow can do, what it can’t, and what it will cost.

Will this replace my office team?

No. It can handle agreed intake steps and reminders. Your staff handle exceptions, customer relationships and decisions that need judgment.

Can it work with the software I already use?

Tell us which phone, inbox, calendar and customer system you use. We’ll confirm which ones we can connect before quoting. If a tool isn’t supported, we’ll say so.

Does the assistant confirm appointments automatically?

Only after you approve the rules and we confirm the calendar connection works. Your team sets booking and handoff rules; we test them before launch.

How will customer messages and consent be handled?

Before follow-ups start, we’ll agree who can be contacted, which channel and message to use, when to stop, and when a person should take over.

Do you guarantee more jobs or revenue?

No. Fieldline has no customer results to report yet. For a pilot, we’ll agree what to measure and review what happened. We won’t promise more jobs or revenue.

What about urgent or safety-related requests?

No diagnosis or emergency advice. We’ll route urgent requests to a person under rules your business sets. The sample on this page isn’t monitored.

06 / Contact Fieldline
